Welcome to The Spoiled Critters Co.! We are dedicated to delivering premium care products directly to your door. Because every critter deserves to be spoiled, we work closely with trusted suppliers to fulfill your orders efficiently.

1. SHIPPING SPEEDS & DELIVERY TIMES
We believe in absolute honesty regarding delivery timelines. To provide you with the best prices, our inventory is distributed across specialized fulfillment hubs. 

Your delivery timeline is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Quality control, packing, and sorting).
  • Delivery Window: 7 - 15 business days.

To bring you the absolute latest trending pet innovations at competitive prices, many of our specialty items ship directly from our global fulfillment hubs. While most orders arrive swiftly within our standard window, international transit can occasionally face customs processing checkouts or local courier backlogs. In some instances, please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive.

Please note: Some specialty, custom, or out-of-stock items may ship from our secondary international fulfillment hubs. These items will take approximately 8 to 15 business days to arrive, in some instences up to 20 days. If an item in your order falls into this category, we will clearly notify you.*

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every single spoiled package comes with a tracking number! As soon as your order is packed and leaves the warehouse, you will receive an automated email or SMS containing your tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's portal.

4. MULTIPLE PACKAGES
To ensure your pets get their items as fast as possible, orders containing multiple different products may occasionally arrive in separate packages. Do not panic if one item arrives before another—the rest of your order is safely on its way!

5. ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We process orders rapidly to ensure quick delivery. If you notice a mistake in your address, please email us immediately at [Insert Your Support Email] within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order is processed by our supplier, we unfortunately cannot alter the shipping route.
